I will be analysing xxls contents page the font is in black and white making it easier to read but also the White sections stand out highlighting the important bits. The text is aligned to the right however there is a quote on the left which is showing what Dr dre’s saying. The colour scheme is very dull grey black white and red is used and dark which adds mystery but it also looks very masculine as the magazine is mainly aimed at young Males. The main image is of Dr dre he is posing in a position which makes him looks big and powerful also the fact that his image takes up most of the page highlights his importance. His black clothes match the tone of the magazine dark powerful he also looks sophisticated at black is seen as a sophisticated colour young me may aspire to be like him who the grow up as he is a billionaire so many people look up to him and would be interested in what he would have to say. The pull quote is also very effective as it grabs our attention and makes the reader want to turn to the article and find out what he is talking about. The date is at the top of the contents page indicating when it was published. The cover story is bold at the top with an enlarged number clearly showing the main story which is Dr dre.
